we pack and send out your order within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time—how long it takes to reach you after we ship—can take an
additional 1–20 business days, depending on your location and local
courier services

Great question! Since we’re a small startup brand using print-on-demand services,
your items may be produced and shipped from different locations. That means if
you order multiple products, they might arrive in separate packages—possibly
on different days.

It helps us reduce waste, keep costs low, and offer more variety—so thank you for your patience and support as we grow. 🧡

Yes—as long as you contact us quickly and before your order has been shipped,
we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Since every Lumo item is made to order, we start production shortly after your
purchase

Yes — depending on where you live, your order may be subject to local import taxes,
customs duties, or VAT. These fees are not included at checkout and are the
responsibility of the customer.

We ship worldwide using our print-on-demand partner, and many items are fulfilled from the EU or the US. If your country charges import duties, you may be asked to pay them upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details about your
country’s import policies.

Returns & Policies

We accept a wide range of payment methods to keep things smooth and simple. You can pay
with PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro,
UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDeal

Because every Lumo item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for
change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

We do, however, offer up to full refunds or replacements if your order
arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with
your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right. 🧡

Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s
recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners.

It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, however air drying is preferred for the print to
last longer. When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron
the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and
shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
