What is your refund policy?
Not quite what you hoped for? No worries—we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Just use our return form in the Explore section or reach out through our contact form, and we’ll help you through it with care.

How to care for my products?
Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners.
It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, however air drying is preferred for the print to last longer. When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Why does my order come in several packages?
Great question! Since we’re a small startup brand using print-on-demand services, your items may be produced and shipped from different locations. That means if you order multiple products, they might arrive in separate packages—possibly on different days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes—as long as you contact us quickly and before your order has been shipped, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Do international customers have to pay customs or duties?
Yes — depending on where you live, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or VAT. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
