Lumo uses trusted European production and logistics partners to produce and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Because of this, some packages may be shipped from or show facility details in countries like Latvia or Spain.

This does NOT mean your return address is in Latvia or Spain.

your items may be produced and shipped from different locations. That means if
you order multiple products, they might arrive in separate packages—possibly
on different days.

Yes — depending on where you live, your order may be subject to local import taxes,
customs duties, or VAT. These fees are not included at checkout and are the
responsibility of the customer.

We ship worldwide using our print-on-demand partner, and many items are fulfilled from the EU or the US. If your country charges import duties, you may be asked to pay them upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details about your
country’s import policies.

We accept a wide range of payment methods to keep things smooth and simple. You can pay

Because every Lumo item is made to order especially for you, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We choose this made-to-order approach intentionally. Producing items only when they’re ordered helps limit overproduction and reduce unnecessary waste — something that matters to us.

We carefully select comfortable, durable, high-quality garments designed to last. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the right fit before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we of course offer up to a full refund or replacement.

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — and we’ll make it right 🧡

Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s
recommended amount of detergent. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners.

It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, however air drying is preferred for the print to
last longer. When it comes to ironing, use a cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron
the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and
shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
